1. Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
- We may offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery

- With tags and packaging intact

2. Sale Items
- All sale/discounted items are final sale

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

4. Returns Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories, jewellery, or hygiene-related items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Items returned outside the allowed timeframe
6. Processing Returns
- Once received and inspected, returns are processed within 3–5 business days
- Store credit (if issued) will be provided via [method: code, email, etc.]
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
- By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in refusal of future service
