At Materialistic, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind
  • We may offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
    • With tags and packaging intact
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Sale Items

  • All sale/discounted items are final sale
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits unless required by law

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty. If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

You must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and proof of purchase

We will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (where required by law)

4. Returns Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories, jewellery, or hygiene-related items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items returned outside the allowed timeframe

6. Processing Returns

  • Once received and inspected, returns are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Store credit (if issued) will be provided via [method: code, email, etc.]

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in refusal of future service
